The Tweed Heads couple has lived in the area for 10 years and love to make the most of its beautiful natural attractions. Surfing, swimming, fishing, working out at the gym and practising yoga – there’s no doubt John and Gillian are fit to help run your business.

As well as working in the building and construction industries, John has been a chef for 25 years. "Working as a head chef is similar to running a business,” he says. “You have to answer to the owners regarding food and staff costs, deal with seasonal fluctuations and maintain appropriate staff levels."

Gillian brings to the partnership extensive experience in retail and hospitality. This includes stock control, functions and events, customer service, sales and distribution. And having spent many years working as a florist, she can whip up a pretty spectacular display as well.
